Ensure the drill bit is suitable for the tray material (typically steel or aluminum). 4. Drill the Holes
• Secure the tray to prevent movement.
• Drill straight through the marked points on the tray rail and base.
• Maintain perpendicular alignment to avoid misaligned bolt holes. 5. Install Joint Plates (if required)
• Place the joint plate centrally over the drilled joint area.
• Fasten with FRS M6 truss-head bolts and combination nuts .
